No cancellations are accepted on orders after 24 hours. Where no dispute was made within 24 hours of your order, your acceptance of the terms and conditions is assumed. All orders must be paid in full. Payment information and authorization must be included with your order. Orders will not be shipped until payment is received.

Orders Outside Of The USA
All international orders will have customs clearance charges. These charges are to be paid by the customer.

Samples and Builder's Kits ship free within the lower 48 states. If you're ordering a sample in HI, AK or outside of the USA, an additional shipping fee will apply.

Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to website errors.

Please Check Your Order
Check that you have all the contents of your order, and that it is all in good condition.
Please report any inaccuracy of your order within 72 hours of receiving your order. Barron Designs LLC is not responsible for any inaccuracies if notification is received after 72 hours of receipt of your order.

Color Variations
It is highly recommend that you order all of the Wood Beams for your project at the same time to insure they are all stained the same.

The colors of our items may vary slightly from order to order. These variances are considered normal, and are within industry standards. If orders are placed at different times we cannot guarantee an exact color match. It is suggested you purchase extra at time of order to eliminate any future color matching issues.

If you need to place another order for the same project, it is highly recommended that you send us a scrap piece from the first order as a sample so we can do our best to color match it. We will do what we can to ensure a good color match, however we cannot guarantee it.

Credit will be issued to credit card/method of payment supplied at the time of purchase. Time to issue credit will be 4-6 weeks from date of receiving the returned merchandise as per conditions stated in RETURNS.

No Refunds, Returns or Cancellations
There are no refunds, returns or cancellations unless with written permission from Barron Designs, LLC. upon Barron Designs, LLC.'s discretion.

Refused Merchandise
Refused merchandise, for reasons other than damaged items, without receiving an RMA# from a RusticAccents.com Representative, will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense.

Credit Card Statements
All RusticAccents.com charges for credit card transactions will appear on your credit card (or bank statement) under the name Barron Designs LLC.

Credit Cards
We accept all major credit cards. You must enter or provide us with the name and billing address, as it appears on your credit card.

All orders are prepaid only.

Coupons may be received through promotions run by RusticAccents.com exclusively or by ordering samples from RusticAccents.com, i.e. when you place an order for samples you will receive a coupon for the total sum of those samples. Coupons may be used towards your next purchase and cannot be applied to a previous order. Coupon may be used at the time of purchase only; it may only be used once. If use of an invalid coupon is found, Barron Designs, LLC. reserves the right to charge that customers credit card for the total amount of the invalid coupon. Also, if a coupon is used to purchase samples then the customer will receive a new coupon less the amount of the previous coupon used. For example, $50.00 worth of samples orders with a $25.00 coupon used, the customer will received a new coupon for $25.00. Coupons are not to be combined with any other offer and do not apply to shipping costs or clearance products. Sale coupons cannot be used to purchase samples.

Rebate request must be received at the mailing address, or be postmarked by (expiration date). Limit one (1) rebate per order, purchaser, and household mailing address. The rebate will be issued based on the original form of payment and will be made only in the name of the purchaser. Rebate rights may not be assigned or transferred. No PO boxes – only street and rural addresses are acceptable. Requests not in compliance with all the terms of this offer will not be acknowledged or fulfilled. All submissions are subject to verification. Fraudulent submission including use of multiple addresses or PO boxes to obtain additional rebates may result in federal prosecution under the U.S. Mail Fraud Statutes (18 US Code Section 1341 and 1342). Reproduction, purchase, sale or trade of this mail-in certificate or proof of purchase receipts is prohibited. This certificate has no cash value. Void where prohibited, taxed or restricted by law. Barron Designs will not be liable for lost, late, misdirected, mutilated, illegible, incomplete or postage due mail.

Our item prices do not include shipping.

Shipping is not included in the price of the products. The shipping cost will be automatically calculated when you check out on your order. If the shipping cannot be calculated automatically, it will be billed to your credit card later. Note: The aforementioned term shipping, and hereinafter, shall be defined as our shipping and handling fee.

Attention International Customers
Please be aware that you will be required to pay taxes and duties upon receiving your order.

Estimated Delivery Dates
Please check our website for the estimated ship dates on the product(s) you are ordering.

Storage Fees
If the Trucking Company used to ship your order is currently in possession of your products, you may be subject to their rules concerning storage of items not delivered. If the Trucking Company calls to arrange a delivery and delivery is postponed by customer it is possible you will accrue charges for storage. For more information, please read and review ABF's Rules and Special Service Charges (ABF 111-AC), FedEx's Terms and Conditions Service Guide, or the website of the Trucking Company used to deliver your order.

For large-volume orders (typically over $50,000) where a 50% deposit was given to begin production and the balance is due prior to shipping, you may be subject to storage fees for products held at our facilities. If upon completion of the order the balance is not paid within Five (5) business days, storage fees will be charged per day equal to 1% of the total order.

Address Representation
If customer misrepresents the delivery address as a business address and it is in fact a home business in a residential area, all residential charges made by the trucking/delivery company will be the responsibility of the buyer/customer and will be charged to your credit card or reflected in your invoice. Any address correction done by FedEx, UPS or any other carrier due to misrepresentation on order form by customer will reflect in a back charge and customer will be invoiced. Additional charges will also apply if the freight company deems the address to be a “Limited Access” destination and these charges will be charged to your credit card or reflected in your invoice. Examples of “Limited Access” destinations are, Churches, Military Sites, Schools, and Mini Storage Facilities.

Receiving Your Shipment

  1. Please inspect your shipment immediately, carefully and thoroughly BEFORE signing for the delivery.
  2. You, or an adult whom you have authorized to inspect the shipment in your absence, must sign for, or reject the shipment.
  3. If for ANY reason you are unable to fully inspect your shipment, you must write on the delivery receipt "SUBJECT TO INSPECTION."
  4. In the unlikely event that your shipment is damaged, read and follow the directions in If Your Shipment Is Damaged carefully and fully.

If Your Shipment Is Damaged
If your shipment arrives damaged, you must reject the shipment, or the part that is damaged, and have the driver note the damage on the delivery receipt. Then contact us at 800-651-4223 and we will reissue replacements immediately.

If you find damage to your shipment, but choose to accept it anyway, you must have the driver note on the delivery receipt that the shipment is damaged and the driver must also sign the receipt. Then you must file a claim directly with the shipping company for the damaged portion of your order. (Damage to your shipment is the responsibility of the shipping company. RusticAccents.com cannot file a claim for your damaged shipment – only the receiver can.) Please keep any and all damaged merchandise as well as all packing material for the trucking company's inspector to see. Reorder on the website or call us at 800-651-4223.

All shipments will be carefully inspected and packed before leaving the warehouse. They will be shipped the best carrier possible (UPS, Motor Freight, etc). Responsibility for its safe delivery is assumed by the carrier at time of pickup. Please unpack carefully. Keep original packing if there is damage and report any damages to the carrier immediately. Our responsibility for the condition of the goods ends when the carrier accepts them. It is your responsibility to file claim for damaged merchandise. We cannot file claims, we can only verify.

Hidden Damage
Upon acceptance of your shipment, you have 24 hours in which to notify the shipping company of any hidden damage. If you do not notify them within this time frame, any future claim for said parts will be null and void. If any items are required to repair the damaged merchandise, those items will have to be paid by the customer. We strongly recommend that you examine your order in full upon time of delivery and notify us immediately before accepting delivery if you find damaged parts.

If product is received damaged, FOLLOW THESE STEPS

  1. Notify shipping company
  2. Call or email RusticAccents.com with invoice number and damage that occurred
  3. Send picture of damage (box, product, etc.) and be sure to keep all original packaging material
  4. You will then receive instruction by email as to how your claim will be resolved.

All claims must be supported with pictures of broken/damaged part, invoice number and name of purchaser. No claim will be handled/accepted if documentation is not provided. In some instances, we need to have the damaged goods sent back to us in order to send you a replacement. For further information contact us at 800-651-4223.

By choosing RusticAccents.com, you elect to deal with independent trucking companies whom are fully insured and will reimburse you as long as the proper procedures are followed. RusticAccents.com is not responsible for any error or damage that occurs in transit (when it is in possession of the independent trucking company) and therefore cannot issue a credit to your account in that case.

At RusticAccents.com, we offer products of the finest quality to our customers. They are manufactured using long-lasting materials and we carefully inspect each order before shipping. Any return request must be made within 30 days from the day of receipt for an exchange or credit.


Returning a Product

If you need to return merchandise, please follow this process to assure proper credit.

  1. To start the return process, call us at 800-651-4223 to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and to get the address you will be shipping to. We are not responsible for any merchandise returned to us without a valid RMA number nor can we be responsible for extra shipping charges if items are shipped to an incorrect address. If you are returning merchandise because it was damaged in shipment, please read the If Your Shipment Is Damaged section above.
  2. Send back any returned merchandise in its original packaging with proper packaging material intact. Claims cannot be filed on items not properly and securely packaged.
  3. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the boxes.
  4. Arrange and pay for the return shipping, including any shipping insurance. (We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error [you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.]).
  5. You are also responsible for a 20% restocking fee. For custom products the restocking fee could be higher.
  6. We must receive all merchandise returned to RusticAccents.com in resalable condition in order to give credit. We issue credit only after we have received and inspected the merchandise.
  7. Items must be received back to RusticAccents.com within 30 days of date the RMA was issued.

10-Year Limited Warranty

Barron Designs (dba RusticAccents.com) warrantees against all manufacturer defects. (Barron Designs must be notified within 30 days of purchase if a manufacture defect was found). Damage resulting from accident, alteration, misuse, abuse, fire, hurricanes, tornados, improper installation, improper maintenance, acts of God, or use of products not approved by Barron Designs LLC shall not be covered under the warranty. Barron Designs does not warranty against sun fading. For Exterior use, with a high exposure to sunlight, we strongly advise adding an additional clear coat UV inhibitor over the product.

As always, adhere to all local building and fire codes when installing any building materials.

When Barron Designs has determined that a Wood Product is defective, it will replace the product or a credit may be offered instead of replacement (at Barron Designs' discretion). Barron Designs' liability is limited to the cost of the defective product.

PLEASE NOTE that when installing any Wood Project, failure to completely and thoroughly follow the instructions outlined for that product / project, along with utilizing the proper strength threaded rods/cables, mechanical fasteners, and / or adhesives when applicable, combined with adhering to construction and local Codes, along with the capabilities of your existing home / structure, can cause failure, and possible injury. Barron Designs LLC assumes NO responsibility or liability for any such possible events.

This warranty expressly excludes the following:

Image Use Release Form

As a customer of RusticAccents.com, I hereby grant and authorize Barron Designs the right to take, edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, distribute and make use of any and all photography, illustrations, artwork, pictures, video or images created by me to be used in and/or for legally promotional materials including, but not limited to, magazines, newsletters, flyers, posters, brochures, advertisements, fundraising letters, annual reports, press kits and submissions to journalists, websites, social networking sites and other print and digital communications, without payment or any other consideration. This authorization shall continue indefinitely and extends to all languages, media, formats and markets now known or hereafter devised.

I understand and agree that these materials shall become the property of Barron Designs and will not be returned.

I hereby hold harmless, and release Barron Designs from all liability, petitions, and causes of action which I, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons my make while acting on my behalf or on behalf of my estate.

I warrant that I am of the age of consent (18 years or older) and that I am competent to contract in my own name. I have read this release and I fully understand the contents, meaning and impact of this release.

How We Use Information
We use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order only to complete that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order.

We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.

You can register with our website if you would like to receive our newsletter as well as updates on our new products and services. Information you submit on our website will not be used for this purpose unless you fill out the newsletter sign-up form.

Please note that you may only make a CCPA-related disclosure or deletion request twice within a 12-month period.
    2. Verification: To protect the security of your information, for all access and deletion requests you will need to provide us with enough information to verify your identity. The information you provide must match the information we know about you. Additionally, if you request specific pieces of your information or the deletion of certain information, you may be required to provide a signed declaration under penalty of perjury and otherwise authenticate your identity. We are not obligated to process a request if we cannot verify that the person making the request is the person about whom we collected information or is someone authorized to act on such person's behalf. Any personal information we collect from you to verify your identity in connection with you request will be used solely for the purposes of verification.
    3. No Sale of Personal Information: We do not sell your personal information for financial compensation.
    4. Requests by Authorized Agents: You are permitted to designate an authorized agent to make a CCPA request on your behalf. Your authorized agent can use the methods described above to submit the request and will be required to provide proof of authorization.
    5. Do Not Track: At this time, We do not respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.

Customer Responsibility
RusticAccents.com shall be held harmless from any and all claims by the buyer as a result of injury, damage or wrongful installation to an ultimate user or other person caused by the product sold herein by the seller to the buyer, whether the injury or damage results from the assembly, installation, operation, shipment, storage or manufacture of this product. Please consult local building codes prior to installing the products.

Consultation by our Design Engineers in the creation of detailed design plans, layouts and trusses may incur a nominal fee for the time and services rendered. This is to ensure that the time and energy our engineers devote to creating custom designs, drawing out blueprints, and determining the correct product variations needed will be properly utilized and not misused. The consultation fee will be completely rebated on your first order of $1000 or more (excluding samples) when placed.

Since there are several variations of Truss Designs we can create for the same space, we ask for detailed information about the space and the limitations of your budget to ensure that your custom design suits those boundaries. If we can't meet the goals for your design and budget as specified after reviewing your information, our engineers will discuss other possible Truss Design options that are less intricate to accommodate your needs. Our goal is to offer you an eye-catching design and the most visual appeal possible for your individual needs and budget.

Beams Near Fireplaces And Heat Sources
Beams and Mantels can be used above a Fireplace opening/insert, and/or Stove, and/or other heat sources provided you follow the Fireplace Insert/Stove Manufacturer's specifications for required clearances and local building codes. Please note that the 15-Year Limited Warranty expressly excludes distorting and/or warping caused by excessive heat and damage from fire.

Any and all disputes between RusticAccents.com and the customer/user shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, without giving effect to its conflicts of laws principles and any and all legal actions arising from any such disputes shall be venued and heard in the State or Federal Courts sitting in Suffolk County, New York, and such courts shall have the exclusive venue for any such actions. Customer/User specifically acknowledges and agrees to this choice of law and venue provision and will not make any form of motion, argument or the like for an inconvenient venue in any such action which may arise between RusticAccents.com and the Customer/User.

Failure to follow any of the previously stated procedures may result in forfeiture of monies and/or merchandise due to you.

Clearance Items
Any and all items offered as part of a clearance sale are non-returnable. All sales of clearance items are final. Due to limited quantities and the nature of the clearance sales, we cannot guarantee that inventory numbers expressed on the clearance page are 100% accurate. If we are unable to fulfill an order (e.g. Out of stock), we have the right to cancel the order. In the event that we must cancel a clearance order, you will be notified via telephone and/or email of the cancellation and will be refunded for the items in question. Clearance items might have blemishes or scratches so we recommend buying a touch-up kit.
